Delivery & Returns
Our standard delivery is by Jersey Post Service and will typically take 1-5 working days.
United Kingdom means any address with a valid UK postcode including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands/Islands and Channel Islands.
Our standard delivery is by Jersey Post using their International Signed For Service. This will typically take 5-15 working days. The cost for this service is a flat rate of £5.00, regardless of the value or number of items ordered.

Website Returns Policy
To comply with Jersey law distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days following delivery of your order and, if necessary, return the goods to us within this specified time for a full refund.
During this period, you must notify us in writing, by email, of your intention to cancel.
Should you wish to cancel your order, any goods supplied must be returned within 14 days of your notice to cancel. Providing the goods are returned in original condition with all packaging and labelling, you will receive a full refund. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until received by ourselves. We strongly advise customers to use an insured delivery service. The cost of returning all items is the responsibility of the customer, we do not refund postage costs unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.
Kindly Note: When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. This includes other scents and smells, like smoke. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation, including all original tags and labels attached.

Faulty Or Incorrect Item
If the item you have received is faulty or is not the item you originally ordered, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Please allow 1 working day from receipt of a return for us to process your refund. Once a refund is processed you’ll receive an email confirming this (the e-mail will be sent to the same email address as your order confirmation e-mail was sent). After receiving the return confirmation e-mail, please allow a further 3-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. Please be aware that when returning goods back to us, we will only refund the postage if the goods are faulty or incorrect.
